Job Description
  • Developing and implementing business development and sales strategies in accordance with Headquarter guidelines.
  • Identifying new market opportunities, including potential customers, partners and markets.
  • Monitoring market trends, the competition and industry analyses to support Management Board decisions.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients and business partners.
  • Coordinating tender and negotiation processes, including the finalisation of contracts.
  • Setting sales targets and monitoring their achievement.
  • Collaborating on the development of new products and services based on market and client needs.
  • Preparing sales, financial and strategic reports for the Management Board and Headquarters.
  • Assessing the profitability of business initiatives and ROI.
Requirements
  • A university degree (preferably in economics, management, marketing or a related field).
  • At least 8 years’ experience in strategy, business development or planning.
  • Knowledge of the defence industry, including its regulations and key players.
  • Experience in reporting to headquarters or working within an international organisation.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational actions.
  • Very good analytical, strategic and communication skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Results-oriented, self-reliant and able to make decisions.
  • Security clearance at the confidential level (or higher) / willingness to undergo a vetting process.
