Head of Business Development and Sales Office (f/m)

Job Description

Developing and implementing business development and sales strategies in accordance with Headquarter guidelines.
Identifying new market opportunities, including potential customers, partners and markets.
Monitoring market trends, the competition and industry analyses to support Management Board decisions.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients and business partners.
Coordinating tender and negotiation processes, including the finalisation of contracts.
Setting sales targets and monitoring their achievement.
Collaborating on the development of new products and services based on market and client needs.
Preparing sales, financial and strategic reports for the Management Board and Headquarters.
Assessing the profitability of business initiatives and ROI.

Requirements

A university degree (preferably in economics, management, marketing or a related field).
At least 8 years’ experience in strategy, business development or planning.
Knowledge of the defence industry, including its regulations and key players.
Experience in reporting to headquarters or working within an international organisation.
Experience in team management.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational actions.
Very good analytical, strategic and communication skills.
Very good command of English.
Results-oriented, self-reliant and able to make decisions.
Security clearance at the confidential level (or higher) / willingness to undergo a vetting process.
