- Attracting new customers and developing existing ones according to the company’s strategic plan;
- Analyzing customer needs;
- Negotiating with customers and preparing quotations;
- Scheduling B2B meetings with customers;
- Establishing and recording all details of the initial sales (terms of cooperation, interaction, document management);
- Implementation of KPIs.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales within an international logistics company - required;
- Knowledge of English (at least B2 level) and German or French (communicative level) - must have;
- Knowledge of the freight forwarding and transportation;
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Self-motivation and energy;
- Results-oriented mindset.
